What are you talking about? It says Mattel, it's called DC multiverse, and this is exceedingly below NECA's level of detail and likeness. Furthermore NECA has stated that they will only be making the Batman in 7" scale via the NES figure only, for regular film colors they've only done the 1/4 scale figure.

Nothing about this even remotely points at it being a NECA figure. Especially since this figure is already out.
