Does it have Hasbro stamped anywhere on it like the bottom of the foot or the back of the leg? Probably knock-offs if I had to guess. But I'm not that familiar with the Joes after 86 or so. They do look like some of the figures though. Sorry not much help.

Not gi joes, but very joe esque, probably from the "corps", the cheap mans gi joe from same era
