i wonder what thor &iron man they'll use

It's kinda funny that the Sentry/Spidey 2 pack is the cheapest one, yet is the only one with a new character. I wonder how long it'll be before they catch that. Either way I already preordered it, so that price is locked for me.:D

I hope the Captain America has better color then the other ones we've seen :(

I have to get the Sentry pack. I really would like to see a variant to the Captain America mold that we have seen. I really hate to pick up yet another oddly colored set.

The Thor vs. Iron Man set is promising to be the Thor Buster version of Iron Man.

I wish the Wolverine to be a regular colored version! Something better that what we have now.

Yeah, I agree but gave up and just made my own in the colors I remember to give him a true classic feel.

Give fatman a few weeks and I'm sure we'll see them on ebay so we'll know what to expect/look forward to

btw.. do these 2-packs include comic books like the Secret Wars 2 packs or just the same as the exclusive 2 packs hitting our shelves... wolverine vs black hand ninja etc which lacks the comic books?

thor doesnt have too many costumes,and if they are not going by any theme this wave i think the more likely thor would be reborn which would mean we get a iron man reborn armor.

or they are both ultimate

In all honesty I think this entire wave is Civil War themed, so I think we are just getting an Extremis Iron Man maybe with battle damaged paint apps, and a Thor Clone.

isnt the thor clone the exact same thing as the thor we got with enchantress

That would be awesome if it was the Thorbuster armor, I would totally pick it up then.

Maybe, but I wouldn't put it past Hasbro to repack that with different paint apps.

God I hope it's ASX wolverine.

Considering he's had a movie line, and I still don't have a wolverine for my collection. This better be the one I want!

I don't see where we're getting "possible Civil War Comic Packs" from this. It would be awesome though.

I would prefer the new designs for the characters, such as Heroic Age Iron Man and Captain Rogers. The last thing I want are more stupid, pointless repaints. There have been too many Spider-Mans, Iron Mans and Wolverines in this series already. In fact, in my town, there has not been a new shipment (even just of older items) of Marvel Universe since January, and it's because everywhere you go, Spider Man, Wolverine and Iron Man clog the shelves. It is very, very disappointing.

If I recall there was a Q and A in the winter in which a question was posed:

"What will be the theme of the second comic packs?"

To which Hasbro replied "We are undecided and having a civil war about the issue"

We pretty much knew we were getting Civil War Packs for 6 months

Well, the event was going on when the SHIELD series was being done, so it is possible that Hasbro's Marvel team may have been able to start incorporating those designs into the line.

I still want to see pics of the figures, but the character selection would fit a Civil War theme.

And yes, it would most definitely be awesome if it came to pass.

Was Sentry even in Civil War though? I don't remember him having a big role if any role at all.

He was, but mostly as stark's puppet. Then later, as Osborn's puppy in dark reign. Sentry Tower was on top of stark tower, that became a shield home for Civil War, and aftermath.


His pack, and the daken venom pack though, are part of the Dark Avengers stuff. Most of it will be civil war cept for a few oddities, like dark phoenix and cyke, as well as daken venom, and 'maybe' spidey sentry.

The rest are civil war more than likely as confirmed in Q & As.

I sure hope it's Civil War. Would be neat. Though I do expect a bigger announcement from Hasbro about something like that, rather than just throwing them out there.

That's what SDCC is for, and why the Q & A was just a teaser to suggest it.

The next comic packs are Cyke and Phoenix, and Venom Daken. Both with comics announced. So they have a 1 wave grace before SDCC which is pretty close now.
