Who are these guys? Coded: Lavender and Green

First, we got this guy sometime in the mid to late 90s. The armor piece he's featured with belonged to a red version of him we lost years ago. We lost his armor pieces and weapons.

Next is this green bodysuited guy made by Trendmasters Inc. I have no who when we got him. He came packaged with this green motorcycle. Hope you guys can help.

Hey all. I managed to get this issue solved. "Lavender" is Andromeda Shun from the Saint Seiya series. "Green" is Sean Velociraptor from the Trendmasters Shogun Cyber Warriors toy line. So this has been solved.
