head and face is spot on, you shouyld get one of necas reservoir dogs for a better body though, they even have the same suit, but really nice head sculpt.

awesome! what scale is he? you need to do a Travolta, Winston Wolf, and "Dork" clothing variants. plus one more small accessory... bad mother f**ker wallet.

You can use a McFarlane Shaft figure too... I used the bottom of the coat for the tie and it has real felt hair:) (though I never did fix the facial hair... one day)
