Could somebody help me ID this wrestler please, it is dated 1999 and made by Jakks, thanks in advance.

There has to be an easier way... I remember trying to unload an armload of pretty dated Jakk's wrestlers a few years ago and couldn't even find a collector's fansite with a master list of characters and variants etc.

That wold be Spike Dudley, from the JAKKS 'Backlash' line.
