3.75 'child' sized figs?
 

I'm looking for (hopefully) inexpensive figs that would be child sized in 3.75 scale. I know I can hack up some short rounds, but best I can find them for is $7 a pop shipped.

I'm wondering if there was some odd line that had a small figure that I might find at a decent price?

yes, I want to make a Rusty Venture.

I'm not sure if it will work for you too, but I was looking at Megabloks figures to use as Scarface or as the Saw puppet. They are the only ones small and cheap enough (with articulation) I could find.

There is the hobbit,
Lost in space had a Kid in it
as well as SW episode one had anakin
Some of the sweet streets (girl toy line) had some of the figures could pass as smaller kids in 3 3/4
