Hi all, quick question:

I recently found a new 4" blue Beast Marvel Infinte figure, sealed, but with Bishop's head. Is there a market for this? Would it be worth anything?

That'll be someone who bought the Beast just for the head and returned the figure with a different head to get their money back, the bastards. I don't think it's worth anything.

There are guys out there that steam the bitches open and then can seal them again to almost factory standard. That way they can get their bits for free. Occasionally you'll find an old figure in place of a new, you'll find instances of the BAF part swapped out with something completely different.

I'm scratching my head trying to figure out how that slipped by anyone. As if the TRU exclusive wasn't a dead enough giveaway, but the figure doesn't even sufficiently fill the package.

I normally don't call for people's heads when it comes to stuff like this because after all, these are just toys and not everyone is as well versed in these things as the rest of us, but seriously, whoever approved this return should have been written up and at least suspended a day or two for training.

That said, I wonder what would happen to someone if they got caught doing stupid **** like this? Technically, this is a form of fraud. Does loss prevention get involved? Or the police? Or is it something internal like a revocation of shopping rights?

Like everyone else said this was just a feckin' weirdo who swapped parts because they only wanted the head but not to pay for it. It happened before here on the ark where someone found a TRU exclusive light up base Black Widow with the Star Wars Black Series fugly Mara Jade head on it because they only got the Black Widow to do a head swap on their Mara Jade toy and then returned the Black Widow thereby getting the head they wanted and not paying for two figures. It's pretty much feckin' scalping is what it is.
