Thoughts?

Not bad. The idea of him having tattoos makes sense too, although I'm not sure about a couple of them.

And hopefully his hair will be a little longer in the film. Joker never looks right to me with close-cropped (or non-existent) hair.

Charmless douchenozzle in Hot Topic cosplay getup, the look really complements him.

The one on the left, and the two on the right won't make it to the end of the movie. The far right probably dies before they are sent on their mission.

Harley looks decent, but the attitude is what'll sell her character. The rest of the middle 6 look decent enough. Deadshot looks semi-promising maybe.

Harley's hot pants seem kind of a bit much though tbh, but it's Harley so I'll wait to see how she's depicted first. The attitude and conveyance is what'll really carry her character.

Kind of wishing they'd scrap the Suicide Squad movie and go straight up a Harley Quinn movie. But I guess this is a better route to establish the villains overall. Kind of sad though how you can assume who will already live based on a mix of star power and characters needed for other films.

Boomerang will survive, they'll want him for a Flash movie at some point, and he often survives in the comics too.

Harley is a cannot kill or there will be a fan uproar.

Rick Flag is a must survive, though they could use his death in the movie as a twist.

Deadshot will probably survive, but again it's possible he'd get killed to emphasize the point of "star power doesn't mean you're safe."

Diablo I doubt makes it to the mission itself. His lack of gear in comparison to the others suggests that too.

Croc I doubt survives. Batman has a large enough rogues gallery that he's easily replaceable and would be a throwaway villain.

Katana would survive, the high comic accuracy and mostly good guy view of her in the comics suggests as much(though again, maybe as that twist to show "hey, anything goes!").

Slipknot I doubt survives. Probably during the mission itself since he's pictured with gear.

Enchantress probably survives. They'd want her for JL Dark, and the amount of time on her makeup and outfit doesn't seem like something they'd let go to waste.

Kind of have mixed feelings on this movie. Will wait for a trailer. It's going to be bleak as heck, but will probably have some decent comedic moments to break the tension. Possibly have some heavy dark comedy going for it too.

There's also a solo pic of Deadshot with his mask. I'll post it tomorrow if it hasn't been by then. It looks awesome.

I mean that underwear that's hidden behind her belt. (Seriously, the belt is bigger than they are!)
But I can see how you'd miss them and think I meant her stockings. You can barely see them! xD


Gotta admit. Harley is starting to grow on me. I'm curious how the portrayal will turn out.

Kinda wish they had gone more Assault on Arkham/Arkham City Harley and less New 52 Harley but a costume can always change latter on.

Allegedly, it's been said that she'll be wearing several costumes throughout the film. So they might still have some other closer to Arkham type costumes in the lineup.

The "property of joker" on her back has me a little worried.

Kind of hope story-wise we're right at where she hates him. Love struck Harley was not some of her better stuff. Personally I much prefer the character growth that happened when he was added to her hit list.

I don't think they'll ever keep her away from Joker for too long. How many times has she moved on only to go back to him?

Zero. Even in the animated movie she almost shot him, if not for the bullet proof glass at least.

If Joker does ever have a permanent death in the comics, it'll probably be at the hands of Harley.

I haven't read much of the New 52 tbh so I'm pretty behind on the times I guess. Only a few Superman books and a couple of the earliest Batman stories. That said Court of Owls was really good.
