I really like these figures but I would still love a regular release of part 6 Jason. The ones from 3 & 4 are my favorite Jason figures I own.

Randy mentioned that he wouldn't mind doing an "Ultimate" 7" scale Part 6 Jason. So it may happen at some point.

Part IV NECA Jason is no doubt my favorite NECA Jason ever! Also one of my favorite figures ever.
As for part VI 7" figure, it's happening. They were debating what version of Jason to make am ultimate figure of. The decision SEEMS to be made for Part VI. Until then, this figure is amazing!

The amount of detail and attention to accuracy on this figure simply amazes me. I have the Sideshow Toys version of this Jason, and he doesn't hold up at all to this one. The little details, such as the fishing lures on his darts and the black screens over the eye holes of his mask are astounding. The packaging is awesome as well...I may end up picking up two of this guy for display.

I was searching high and low for this guy at Phoenix Comic Con this past weekend, hoping that maybe I'd get lucky and one of the vendors would have an early release. Sadly, I didn't find him, but it wasn't a total loss. :)

So awesome, I sure as hell will nab this bad boy day one. Part 6 is probably my all-time favorite Jason design, closely followed by Part 7.

That said, I would love Ultimate Part 6 & 7 figures at some point...NECA's old Part 7 Jason hasn't aged well at all. I think only it's shoulders are articulated.

Jason from "Jason Lives" is my choice for a Jason "Ultimate" figure should there be one (after all, add swappable heads, hands and hockey masks and it could very easily be Jason from parts 3 and 4 as well...) but if not part 6, I'd like to see NECA take an "ultimate" stab at Jason from Freddy Vs. Jason. It's now the currently accepted look of his in pop culture (the brown burlap jacket, black pants, greyish skin with light hair on his head and hilted machete...) and the previous attempt by NECA was a bit underwhelming. In fact, that figure could barely stand.

That said, I know that a lot of people didn't like the dopey look of Jason from FvJ, so if NECA were to redo that figure, I'd love to see them take some creative license with it like they did the recent AVP Predators, and perhaps re-sculpt the head into something a little less droopy and a little more menacing.

Part IV Neca Jason is indeed the most awesome thus far for me as well, though I tend to appreciate part III Neca Jason more because of my favor for the film. Part IV just has that badass look.

News of an Ultimate Jason has made my week. I am eagerly waiting for a first glimpse whether it be VI or VII.
