Custom Heimdall Figure
 

I made this Custom Heimdall to go with my other Thor/Asgardian Figures. He's a kitbash from two of those new Create a WWE Superstar figure sets. I hope this line is popular and they continue to make more because I think they are good for customizers. Heimdall is a combination of the Rock set and the Gladiator set. I looked through my comics and did a google image search for reference pictures and it doen't seem like Heimdall really has one definitive costume, so I just used my imagination. Heimdall is oftentimes wearing brown, orange, red and yellow in the comics and the Idris Elba movie costume is mostly gold. I also decided on this color scheme because it's different from any of the other Asgardian characters I have or plan on eventually customizing. I basically just repainted the different parts with acrylic paints. The belt around his loincloth originally had a skull on it that wouldn't really suit the character, so I sculpted over it with scupty. He retains all his original articulation, but his hips are pretty restricted by his loincloth. I gave him the sword that came with the recent ML Marvel Now! Thor because I didn't really know what else to do with it. In the Movies it's not only a weapon, but also the key to opening the Bitefrost, so it turns out that it's perfect for Heimdall.
