pretty good, is whip made from electrical wire??

Nope, it's an elastic cord. like a thin version of a bungee cord. at the end i have three strands of thin cord (like hemp thread but not hemp) and the ends were sculpted on. both the handle and the three crack ball thingies. The whip measures 12 inches and can be stretched up to 18 inches.
