I've never seen this guy, so do those arms soft or something and allow articulation without elbow joints?

He probably has rubber-covered arms, much like Hot Toys' recent Commando figure.

I'm really liking this piece. I think I may actually splurge and grab this one. BBTS has it for 240.00..but it looks incredible.
