Bowser looks more like a Zero than a Figuart.

edit: i mean the hammer bro

looks like hammer bros arms and legs are on balljoints. so maybe the articulation will be better than it seems in pics

Is this Bowser much more articulated than the Jakks Pacific one is? Also, this guy is quite a bit smaller than the JP one isn't he?

If he's anything like the Koopa, they'll be static. I took only a couple pics of the set at NYCC, I'll post them if later.

So I was looking at the Mario stuff in B&N today because they had everything released so far and you know what, if I wasn't already collecting more than I should be, these Figuarts would be awesome because I could do so much with them in my Detolfs. Maybe I shoudl get rid of my Marvel and DC figures...

Despite a few short comings, these sets are honestly very awesome. If you go to import sites you can usually get them even cheaper.

Just something I decided to do out of boredom. I found a neat little website where you can punch in height numbers, and it gives you a scale chart. According to BBTS Bowser measures 5.1" tall while Mario measures 3.94". I'll let the photo speak for itself, but it looks pretty promising!

I'm glad to get them, but I don't know why the Play Set E is so expensive compared to the last exclusive one.

Was this an exclusive to Premium Bandai in Japan?

I don't think so, but I could wrong. Either way, the Jakks figures of all of those dudes are vastly superior.
