why are they releasing that same sad clown face hulk again??? I figured no one bought them the first time around....

You probably just answered your own question: they're sitting on lots of inventory.

My favorite recent Hulk is the Figma version, followed closely by Marvel Select Age of Ultron.

Nobody seems interested in capturing the original flat-top grey-skinned 'Frankenstein Monster' appearance of the Hulk as he looked when he made his first appearance in 1962. I guess most modern collectors don't think of him that way.
