They're bringing back the comic style turtles? Hmm, maybe there'll be a chance at Shredder, even if it is just a video game colored one. Hell, people were happy just to get ANY 7 inch Keaton Batman haha

He strongly hinted that something would be coming. But he never mentioned specifics, just that fans of the stuff they did before will be really happy. Probably won't know for sure until SDCC.

My best guess is we'll see a TMNT NES video game 4-pack at some point. At least, I hope we see that.

I hope they are bringing back the Turtles, they were awesome. Playmates should have let them continue, they are actually kinda the worse company for TMNT. The figures are all, just for kids. I would love to see a Classics line like how Mattel has for He-Man and now Thundercats. I wish I knew why they cancelled their Classics line.Perhaps, they are scared it will compete with their stuff for kids. I would like to see an updated Walk About and stuff, perhaps with concept art done by Eastman and sculpted by 4Horsemen. Since he says people will be super excited. I'm not really that excited about 4 NES inspired Turtles so I'm hoping it will be something else, but I'm sure a part of it will be NES Turtles. Anyways, I can't wait to see what it is :) I'll buy the NES Turtles anyways.

It's nice to hear that they're doing more Turtles stuff. If they do more Mirage figures, I hope they can also re-release the Turtles and April. That said, what I'm really hoping for is a line of IDW-based figures.

NES figures could be a lot of fun. Though I think two 2-packs would be a better option than a 4-pack.

I doubt this'll happen, but I would also love to see them do 7" figures based on the new movie.

The more variations on the Turtles they can do, the better imho. Basically anything they can offer as an alternative to Playmates would be great.

I'm hoping they'll use the NES line to release the Mirage Comics Shredder they showed years ago. He'd be pixelated but I'd still love to have that figure.

I'd read somewhere that it was possibly hinted at this year's NYTF that the 1/4 scale Turtles might be released as 7" figures too. I'd be really happy if they could do a TMNT line like Predator or Aliens where they would spend a few waves on a particular source (movies, comics, etc.) and then move on. It's unlikely but it would still be awesome.

Aw man, I didn't realize I needed Punchout figures until now. I hope this ca happen one day.

I'm a fan of Erik and the Opieradio channel, I was listening last week when Randy was on, but I didn't know of a good way to post it. Nagel is a good guy!

I don't have SiriusXM, but I know it's usually online within a few days of going live. I couldn't find anyone who broke down the info, so I usually just wait.

Yes!!!!!!!!

I'd also love some IDW editions of the Turtles if NECA is willing. Can't wait to get that 1/4 Don!

It's not necessarily for a lack of willing it's that they have limited permission which may only cover the Jim Henson versions. They definitely can't do them in any scale other than 1/4 but right now I'd assume all they have is that movie to work with.

Shawpaw 05-15-2016 10:29 PM

very true. I'm just happy to get the Henson Turtles after all these years.
