Really, really nice pics.

Fantastic pictures. Really a great figure.

Awesome shoot. Still trying to decide if I can justify another Keaton Batman from Hot Toys, love my '89' but Batman Returns is my fave Bats film. It's a lot of money for something that's going to dry rot within the next decade...

Really wish NECA could do some Burton Batman figures, Catwoman, Penguin, Max Shreck, Clown Goons - would be a little dream come true.

The chest area and abs look quite a bit different on the Hot Toys suite compared to the NECA 1/10 and 1/4 scale figs. Whats up with that?!

The NECA figures are from the 1st Batman film. The suit was very different.

Looks so good to have but yeah those ears look like they can easy

I do think I prefer the NECA 1/4 scale figures a bit more. Their 89 Batman feelsl ess fragile and has all the articulation I like. While the Hot toys one looks simply stunning, the rubber suit does kill almost all of the articulation, especially in the legs. I like being able to pose dynamically, which the Hot Toys one could do if the rubber suit wasn't in the way.

I wonder why NECA released a 1/4 scale '89 Batman fig, but paired it with a 1/4 Penguin from a different film. They should have released the Jack Nicholson Joker instead.

I bet there will be no Michele Pfifer Catwoman to complete the Batman Returns villians either, which is a huge shame as I think a 1/4 of that version of Catwoman would look astounding (all that patent leather..meow!) I'd order it right away, but I'll pass on the Harley fig they've decided to release instead.

They did the same with the Christian Bale Batman, releasing the figure with the suite from the first film with a joker figure from the 2nd film.

Woe the lack of continuity ! ;)

They can't do Nicholson Joker. They've said it many times. Likeness rights are far too expensive and not feasible. Hot Toys can hide that cost in multiple $220+ figures. And Catwoman is a figure they are trying to get approval on. It's the #1 Keaton era figure on their list.

That's just because NECA prefers the overall suit from Begins. Also it was in the Dark Knight but only for his first scene then he switches to the segmented look. I prefer the suit from Begins aesthetically as it is generally more solid and has a prominent bat-symbol.

Are there any pics available of the inside of the back of the head where the eye adjustment mechanism can be seen? That's a really cool feature.
