Saw the unmasked Batfleck on eBay a little while back. First I've seen of that Superman though. May have to consider getting one.

englishw 03-30-2016 10:36 AM

The more of these Mattel figures that I see come out, the more I'm glad that I've chosen to skip them all and buy Mezco's One:12 Batman v Superman figures.

Ravenxl7 03-30-2016 10:59 AM

The unmasked Batman is kinda tempting, but I'm hoping the inevitable non-armored figure from DCC will include an unmasked head.

BLP 03-30-2016 11:54 AM

These have been available at Toysrus in Edmonton for weeks. And they have a TON of them. I like the colours on them. The costumes are darker then the regular versions. But both head sculpts are awful. Bruce looks a lot like Joseph Gordon Levitt and Superman looks like a drug addict with his sunken in cheeks. The collect n connect pieces are pretty cool though. Theyll really add some cool factor to the fairly useless Batgun. WHY THE HELL DIDN'T THEY MAKE DOOMSDAY THE COLLECT N CONNECT. Seriously. What the hell Mattel? Looking forward to the day when I have a 3D printer and make my own stuff. Hasbro and Mattel are ridiculous.

CoolToysOnly 03-30-2016 12:03 PM

Totally would buy doomsday

WilliamWallace 03-30-2016 12:39 PM

Link please? I've been looking for these for a while

iguana 03-30-2016 12:39 PM

Why the hell has Mattel a Heat Vision head Hot Toys!!!11!!!

Same.

I still wish there was a ~$20 option that looked decent and had a reasonable amount of playability, like the older DCC lines. My Arkham Origins Bats looks great and has nice amount of articulation. Instead of the cheap and subpar they're putting out.

305Batman 03-30-2016 02:21 PM

Waiting on the DCC versions.

Jlogano20 03-30-2016 03:39 PM

some people are saying these are canadian exclusives?? oh please dont let that be true, what a mattel screw up that would be..........

jestermon 03-30-2016 03:40 PM

Horrid

Specter 03-30-2016 04:28 PM

I want a battle damaged armor Batman.

Dr Kain 03-30-2016 06:04 PM

Just more prove that Mattel will just go the cheap route. Heaven forbid they actually did Flash and a Parademon. Why were these so important to not reveal?

scarecrow 03-30-2016 07:12 PM

Wow, I can't believe Batman is actually Bruce Wayne. Spoilers, Mattel.

Well, they messed up because that is not Ben Affleck!

Meta 03-30-2016 09:25 PM

Ya that is so not Ben Affleck. I know I'll be tempted to get these if they are not Canada exclusives that is. I was at Target the other day and found the Knightmare Batman multiverse figure along with the Reverse Flash. They had Aquaman but he looked awful.

scarecrow 03-30-2016 10:03 PM

It's weird, I think they nailed his vacant stare- but otherwise you'd never know who it was based on if you saw the head and nothing else.

Enigma2K2 03-30-2016 10:44 PM

Supes has no ab crunch. The Batman bias continues...

305Batman 03-31-2016 06:13 AM

This whole line is an insult to collectors!

Yeah, and for the kids as well.

I don't think they're cheap as they enjoy being artistic, which is kinda stupid, since it foremost meant to be an ACTION figure. With that said, I think you can be artistic to some extant and still create playability like Square Enix (though, their figures are very fragile as I would guess).

bumblebee85 03-31-2016 09:46 AM

Batman

I got the batman one here at toys R us in Canada. I don't need the connect and collect part so I'm giving that away. I have a review up on you tube under bumblebee85hastoys aboot him. Didn't need Superman cause I have him from before.

NYFUNNY07 03-31-2016 12:45 PM

Tokyomeltdown 03-31-2016 06:28 PM

Another easy pass, hope DCC puts something out - that doesn't break....
