Yes, let's give Sharon a Minimate despite her small (but important) role in the plot, but instead of adding Wanda (whose row is arguably as important, if not more), we'll include a nameless mercenary and a random navy seal. Because that makes sense.

The only secret characters that would make sense at this point are Spider-Man or Zemo. They should really make both, but I'm hoping for Spider-Man
