What the hell is going on in the picture where he's lifting his leg?! Is the joint only at the bottom of the cut and not in it?

I feel like they're missing some blast effects that would make more sense for him being in that pose. it doesn't look like he'll come with any since his hands don't have pegs for them. I'm also wondering about his human hands. We only see fists and a straight out hand for some reason. Hope to get few more, at least relaxed hands.

Thanks for bringing this forward. MK3 is my favorite armor design. If Figuarts releases the MK3, I'll be all over that. And I wonder if the MK2 in the background behind that image of Tony is a teaser. That's my second-favorite!

Looks awesome! Probably won't bite, but to be honest an actual figure of Tony Stark is much more interesting to me than the endless Iron Man suits.

And by the way, if any of you want to import this figure from Japan yourself pre-orders for Tony will go up on May 20th in Japan, not like usual on the first day of the following month so get ready to place a pre-order before they sell out.

Honestly the iron man 3 tony figure is cool but Sh. Figuarts needs to stop with the BS & announce the other Civil War figures already. We need an Sh Figuarts movie Spider-Man!!!!!

That looks like the same thing they did for Jedi Luke. Not as bad in person I guess.

Me too bro the Mk.3 is so awesome! It was a hard choice to pick the Hot Toys Mk.43 over the new HT Mk.3 even know it looked/looks really awesome Aesthetic wise, it's still got that torso BS and for my first Hot Toys I wanted the full articulation experience. I will get the mk.3 next if they don't redo the torso and give us the same figure otherwise

It's the pull down hip joints. That's why it's sitting thay low. Can always shift it up.but get less range most likely. OR if you mean the pose it's from the first Iron Man movie when he's learning how to use the propulsion system/thrusters. ;)

On the plus side this is exactly what we need as action figure collectors. And the head sculpt is pretty good likeness .... at least from the image. But then again Shfiguarts AOU Hulk looked good. Til it arrived in person *sigh*

Definitely getting this. Will it be available on amiami or just the Tamashi site? I really hope the head will fit on any & all the armored suits made so far. I wonder where the snap off sites are on the legs? I believe the swap part for the lower arms seems to be the biceps swivel area?

It's not noted on the tamashii site as being exclusive, so it should be available on Amiami/HLJ/CDJapan etc tonight.

No the armor is from Iron Man 3 & i'm what I'm saying is that sh figuarts pushed back alot of good dragon ball z figures because they announced that they were taking on the Civil War line both team cap & team iron man so thats about 11 figures in total. They've only announced 5 & those don't drop until the fall, they haven't even announced the rest of them but announce BS figure like this Iron Man 3 Tony Stark which i believe more people would prefer a SH Figuarts Vision,Winter Soilder, Spider-Man, Falcon, or even another War Machine over this figure.... Just saying

Yup it IS iron man 3, I was actually coming back here to edit my.post but I'm not surprised i.got called out on my mistake lol. I should of realized it's iron man 3 by the outfit he's wearing I think.it just threw me off bc it reminded me of when he was trying out how the repulsors and flying worked. But yea I was completely wrong.

Ahhh I see yea it's just that Infamous pull down joint. Works good but also can look off, as does here, they really need to update thay type of articulation already. I picked up a figure rise model kit of Goku, half built atm check my YouTube this weekend if you wanna see the finished build. But thay figure can do complete splits with his legs touching the ground AND his hands same time, front to back splits like that as well as out to the side splits like that. The way that articulation is built is incredible and imo.beats the pull down joint. ;)

Oh I didn't realize them taking on movie lines of marvel cinematic universe would affect the nature of DragonBall line at the same time. I guess it makes sense but I'd have to disagree on people wanting a vision or winter soldier over tony stark. For one thing iron.man is HUGE in asia. Also Shfiguarts hasn't done a Tony Stark and if you notice company's doing Iron man figures without Tonys likeness aren't getting half the attention as the companys/figures WITH his likeness. That on top.of the fact he sold out his preorder almost instantaneously . But a Winter Soldier figure is definitely not a bad idea and I can see the appeal.yo that too
