I'm still really confused as to where that stage coach arm comes from. is it inside Bullseye in his "robot" mode?

Ha, I'm glad I was not the only one that was obsessed about that.

Yeah, I think it's under Bullseye's saddle in horse mode, then it swings out under Bullseye's neck to become the arm, making space for Woody's face to fit into that space with his hat sticking out for the combined robot's head.

So, they can put time and money into whatever it is this is... but not finish the SHF Hawkeye we saw on display over a year ago? *sigh*

The Hamm on its own reminds me of Evil Dr. Porkchops' flying base from Andy's imagination in the beginning of Toy Story 3.

This is badass in its own way.
