This looks great, however... a light saber is an absolute must for a Jedi. Is hottoys anti working lightsaber. I mean come on guys Vader with no lightsaber, Skywalker with no lightsaber? I don't get it

It is strange that he doesn't have a weapon accessory, but maybe that's supposed to motivate you to buy Rey as well, for her lightsaber. :rolleyes:

Loose lightsabers and custom sabers can be scrounged in the secondary and 3d-printing market.

The likeness of Luke is very good, better than Rey's. I would prefer a closed mouth. And a pair of Terminator sunglasses.

The only thing making me pause before preordering Luke is the missing lightsaber. I know he didn't show it in the movie, but I still gotta have one.

I guess I don't get why the lack of a light saber is a deal breaker when he didn't have one in the movie...? yea he's a Jedi but so is yoda and the ep 5 yoda doesn't come with a lightsaber

Because, unlike other characters, there's nothing to reenact from the movie with Luke. I would like to have him doing something besides just standing there.

I think they could've totally done an articulated robot hand, that would've been cool. And yeah he should have a lightsaber.

but thats what he did in the movie and since these figure are hyper-specific to the movies they appeared in, no lightsaber is appropriate. From a toy collecting perspective, i get it though.

And anyway, if you have a 1/6 R2, i guess you could reenact his brief appearance in Rey's force vision

Looking at the different pictures of the hand, I think it is articulated.

It comes with 3 different robot hands, no articulation on them :S

Yeah in TFA Luke wasn't given a whole lot to do. I'm glad they made one of him though. In Ep.8 it's more rumored that Luke will don his black ROTJ costume hopefully with his green lightsaber.
