Pop Culture Shock at SDCC 2016

SDCC 2016 - Pop Culture Shock Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat

SDCC 2016 - Pop Culture Shock American Werewolf, The Thing and Sons of Anarchy

Great stuff! I'll need the Kesler Wolf and MacReady at least. Too bad there is not date or SRP.

Joe Moore 07-22-2016 11:43 AM

I really hope the horror figures have leg articulation in the final production. These are still hand painted protos, so I'm holding out hope. Mac will be a buy regardless.

Harbinger 07-22-2016 12:40 PM

RJ MACCREADY......ssssssooooooo bought!

Dolemite 07-22-2016 01:54 PM

The likeness on MacReady is...odd (he looks too old), but close enough. But they've gotta add leg articulation! I'll be so bummed if they don't.

Don't get me wrong...I'll buy that fucker anyway.

Oakleaf 07-22-2016 02:33 PM

That Wolf

You know that wolf looks pretty cool. Although those elbows look "funny"? PCS hasn't lost its skills. Their creating some great statues and figures so far. Looks cool! I'll patiently wait for future releases.

Its the grizzly adams beard man. Even in The movie he looked old haha.

Any idea of price?

It lists that prices are not available.

Skoob 07-22-2016 07:00 PM

Macready and the Spider-Thing are on my list, if MacReady's arms and legs have articulation AND the price isn't 'from another world.'

The sculpt of Kurt Russell looks great. If we could get a similar figure of him as Snake Plissken...

Tokyomeltdown 07-22-2016 07:14 PM

Bring on MacReady!

scarecrow 07-22-2016 10:18 PM

Assuming the price is right, I'm buying Mac. Been waiting too long for a figure like that.

Badmoonrising4 07-23-2016 11:34 AM

I need those American werewolf figures and The Thing. These and the 1/6 versions.

TimespliTT 07-24-2016 11:50 AM

im tired of pcs just showing us standing poses for their 1/6 street fighter. we've seen them like that 3 times already.
show us the hydoken or shoryuken

It's a 3D printed and painted prototype of the new body style, so it probably can't hold poses for more than a few seconds. Also, it's likely fairly fragile depending on the material.
