Do not purchase with MindOddity
 

The prices seem too good to be true. They are. I placed a preorder 4/8. I had already preordered elsewhere but the cost was lower here. 6/20, my preorder elsewhere shipped. I didn't get my preorder from MindOddity and emailed asking when it would ship. I was told they would get in touch. I was not contacted. I messaged on Facebook. It was read and not responded. I emailed a few more times. After a month, I got a response that they didn't have it in stock, and claimed they never did, despite the item going from preorder to normal on the site, and the price going from normal to sale three times. I got no apology and was told essentially I should have read the email they didn't send.

What did you preorder?

Whoa that sucks, how did you pay? I'm sure you can contest it with however payment option you used. This situation paypal would seem to be the best.

I hate to play the devil's advocate here because I'm sure these people are probably horrible assholes, but did you check your spam folder? Either way, they sound shady as hell.
