Pee-Wee's Playhouse Captain Carl Custom Help
My wife has all the Matchbox Pee-Wee's Playhouse action figures, but they never made a Captain Carl. I want to make her a custom for her birthday. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good base figure? I am trying to find something with a good hat and maybe the rain coat.
