Does anyone know of an "official' strider hiryu action figure out?
 

Hey everyone,

I have always wondered... I am a fan of the video game character strider hiryu from Capcom and since playing his latest game, I have always wondered if there was an official strider hiryu figure I could buy...

Has anyone heard of such a thing? The only thing I have seen that I have searched for is those Marvel vs Capcom action figures that came out years ago, or maybe some 3" figure, or something custom from Ebay etc...

I am looking for something around a 6" figure that is detailed and possible. Does anyone have any knowledge of any release of this?

I did a quick ebay and google search and don't believe that a figure has been made of him yet sorry.

There's an old Toybiz 2-pack w/ Spider-man.
I have the Strider figure, not very articulated, but not too bad looking.

Back when Toy Biz was still making Marvel Legends, and were releasing all of those spin-off "Classics" lines, I had always hoped for a Marvel Vs. Capcom Classics series.
From what I remember, Toy Biz had lost the Street Fighter license to SOTA, so the SF characters wouldn't have been an option, but I had always really really hoped to have Legends-scale figures of Captain Commando and Strider Hiryu to go head-to-head against my Spidey and Wolverine Legends.

aw well! But yes! I was trying to build a Marvel vs Capcom 3 collection since Hasbro seems to be making the whole roster for the Marvel side (at this point all they need to make is MODOK, She-hulk,Shuma-Gorath, x-23, Sentinel and Super Skull).

But if a Strider figure hasn't been made yet it won't feel quite right starting that collection without him... as well...

just stumbled upon this, if anyone knows anything else about it? a garage kit offered up by "e2046". website seems to indicate that all pre-orders are closed, that or it's sold out; but a quick Google search doesn't seem to show any reference to it elsewhere. the joints seem reminiscent of a Figma figure, what with those funky disc-shaped knee joints and all.
