I may have officially quit the 6 inch stuff, but I applaud Hasbro's decision to give Enchantress a more public release.

I too am not real into Doctor Strange, but these look cool. I kinda want the Strange(comic)version the most. His hands are so obviously a reuse of Spiderman's though, geez😁

That astral projection Doctor Strange looks weak! Reminds me of the Ice Man from that crappy All-New X-Men box set. It looks like an okay wave, but I doubt I'll pick up any of them except for Iron Fist.

They're not, actually - Strange is touching his fingers to his thumbs with space in-between, whereas Spidey's fingers close into the palm (with the thumb either extended outward, or closed over them like in a fist).

I really hope that Hasbro intends to give a set of properly constructed arms for this wave. The ones being shown in the product shots have the hands on backwards.

I dont know though i can tell you that im subscribed to this comic book store called forbiddenplanet.com they sent me an email and the images were in it. I dont know who hasbro wants to informs us of details of their figures , i think they were trying to make hasbro pulse their news feed.

EDIT-meant to hit forbiddenplanet.com around october the 10th , i can only assume that the spidey wave might be either the same time or Novemeber\Decemeber... though this in the UK might need to wait early next year around about January. Though US might be earlier..

So the only reason left to still buy the SDCC set is if you want a Purple Man?

If you look at his fingers, it looks like the pattern from the Spiderman suit. I don't understand why the gloves would have that same pattern if they aren't from Spiderman.

Movie Doc. Strange

It's nice to see the figures in-box, but when did this wave pick up an additional two figures? Wasn't Enchantress revealed for a different assortment of figures?

I think those are just ordinary glove wrinkles, dude. Plus, what Spider-man figure would have the thumb THAT out of place? They're likely reused from the Hulkbuster wave Doctor Strange.

Yep. I have the Hulkbuster-wave Strange, and I can confirm that those are just glove wrinkles, and not any kind of sculpted Spidey pattern.

Hard to see in this photo, but the wrinkles are there. Either way, these hands haven't been recycled from a Spider-Man figure (or used on one post-Strange, either)

I was considering seeing if I could swap a Blizzard (or similar) head onto it and give it a quick-and-dirty Strange (Paradox) repaint.

The two additional figures (Enchantress and Astral Strange) were vaguely acknowledged and withheld from display at SDCC.
Looks like different lower arms and slightly different costume paint apps on the chest, too.

Wait i thought movie DR. Strange was coming out along side these guys what happened?
