Help Me Identify An 80s Carrot Figure?
Hello, I am trying to find out what a certain figure was from my childhood.
It has been bothering me on and off for years and whenever I start looking for it again, I can't seem to find anything about it to help me identify it. Recently I was looking at Food Fighter Figures and it reminded me of the figure and I got a flashback of purchasing it when I was very little. Any help is appreciated greatly. I want to say it was purchased between '88 and '90 at a Meijer store in West Michigan. It was, from my memory, an anthropomorphic carrot figure, possibly a skier. Meaning he came with skies and poles? A carded figure with blister packaging? Almost feel like it could have been some very short lived "knock-off" or dollar store type figure. Like one of those figures that doesn't have anything on the back of the package. Just a barcode perhaps. He kinda reminds me of something along the lines of Barnyard Commandos and Food Fighters and if memory serves, those were the same figures that were in the store when I got him. Possibly in the same aisle. If any of this sounds familiar to anyone, please let me know. Thank you very much. |
