Very cool series. I wasn't blown away in-hand by the Predator scout ship...it's not bad looking, but it's kind of plain. It looks like a Star Trek ship to me. That said, I still got it because it's Predator, man.

The Lost Tribe Ship, however, is so bad-ass. It's a really menacing design and my surprise favorite ship of this wave. Joe, NECA really invented some of the design themselves? I know we don't really see the whole ship in the movie but I assumed that the production designers at least sketched out the entire thing and that NECA got their hands on those sketches to complete the ship. However, they've shown that, when it comes to the occasional original Predator design (such as the Battle Armor Lost Predator), NECA can more than fill in the gaps with some really creative design-work.

The Narcissus is cool, but it's just a shuttle, so it's not that exciting. But Alien rules, so...

Bring on the Terminator wave! I needs me some HKs! :)

My Narcissus lasted about half an hour out of the box. When I tried to remove it from the base, the peg broke off in the hole. I almost destroyed the whole thing trying to force the broken peg out.

Also, it's basically a big hunk of hollow plastic with a decent paint job. A lot more work goes into the cheaper 7" figures than this, I was kind of let down. For 25 bucks, it should have at least had some LEDs. On the fence as to whether or not I will buy future Cinemachines.

Randy had said on Twitter, when it was originally revealed, they had to fill in some of the gaps for that design.

Whenever I run into a tight peg, just a little bit of heat will loosen that plastic up. I've done so many galleries, that I just keep a hair dryer handy for tight joints, pegs or tough assembly on some statues. For this, I hit it with the hair dryer for about 10 seconds and it came out. the first time the peg was a bit scratched due to me trying to force it out the first time.

Just saw the series one stuff in person, talk about mediocrity...what a waste of the license. NECA can really suck sometimes.

My TRU just started to carry this line, so of course they don't have the ones I would actualy have an interest on. Then again, they have yet to even get the alien egg carton pack.

My TRU only ever got like two egg cartons and that was it, I passed on them at the time and have not seen any since. They are still available for order on TRU's site and since you can't even inspect the items in person anyway all you'd have to worry about is any damage that may occur during the shipping process.
