Best. Tease. Ever.

Ever since the original AvP comic, I have been wanting a Broken Tusk (and Machiko!) figure. This is IT. So hyped!

Looks like the definitely reused a lot of Stalker predators pieces. Lower legs look new along with the back piece. It will be interesting to see what they do with the head and shoulders pieces.

I don't really have that much attachment to the comic predators,but this looks like it's gonna be hard to pass up.

His lower legs look like just be the regular Jungle Hunter legs but with the new knee pads. The mask would literally just be a repaint of the JH mask and if they include a swap-off unmasked head I would guess JH head with of course the broken mandible tusk.

I will probably decide when I see the full product. I like the unique ones. I hope he is unique

I really hope NECA does an Ultimate figure version of him with masked/unmasked heads ,and/or a 2-pack with Machiko or some sliced-up Alien.

They could choose to package him up like they did the previous Dark Horse figure and the box would certainly be big enough to accommodate an alternate head, although the regular packaging bubble would probably have enough space too. I remember on Twitter a while back Randy said series 18 would be primarily Dark Horse themed so that is my current guess as to when this guy will come out.

IMHO, Broken Tusk deserves multiple versions: masked and unmasked hopefully with Machiko as a 2-pack, battle-damaged with an equally battle-damaged xeno or two... But I can settle for this one figure as an Ultimate:D

Can't wait for the final reveal. Curious about the others in the series too.

Settle down now...Diversity is the thing that has kept this line great. We don't need any Iron Man's or Captain America's clogging waves up, especially when there are still some many other Predators left for them to take a crack at...

Plus I know that a lot of people are pretty excited about broken tusk...but I am not sure that I am sold on it. I don't care much for the green used in the sneak peak...hopefully it will get better. It didn't seem like there is a lot of armor color diversity. I know it is probably a prototype and will get better, I just really hope it does. On the plus side, the blade looks good along with the shoulder slung weapon.

I'm certainly hoping for a Lasershot, the fact that Spiked Tail's bio mentions him feels like a strong tease. Plus he is the final released Kenner predator that they haven't done, I'm ignoring the repaints for this statement.

I'm definitely getting Broken Tusk even though the final product will probably be very monochromatic as the comics weren't very colorful, his mask should be a nice gold-ish color though. Those comics remain the best AVP experience that isn't a game.

Kenner wise, we didn't get Night Recon Predator either from the Hive Wars line...although that one was terribly ugly and is not one I'm sure I'd even want to see NECA take a crack at.

While we will be getting one soon, I'd like to see NECA tackle more of the designs from the last AVP game, and soon. Let's not forget too that there will be a new Predator film coming up soon, so it would not surprise me if NECA tackles that one in short order as well.

I forgot about the hive wars line beyond "warrior predator" which NECA just called Hive Wars predator, I really like how NECA handled his blues.

From AVP 2010 I'd like to see Dark, Dark with the Ancient mask, and the "abomination" for sure. That remains my favorite 3-dimensional predalien design.

I loved the design for the Stalker Predator skin. Since we are getting Alien, I would love to see either Stalker, Lord, or Spartan make an appearance in an upcoming wave, along with the Praetorian and Specimen 6 on the Xeno side.

Aw yes Lord is the given name, not Ancient as I had previously said. They could give us one figure of Dark that would have both heads.
