May be the unamed figure is from the new tom cruise Mummy movie. Articulation looks nice.

So looking forward to Jungle Demon, plus I pre-ordered Ali-Supes.

Is Jungle Demon a repaint of the Ultimate mold? Because I need one if that’s the case.

That Ash head looks fantastic! So glad I passed on the first Ultimate Ash.

Also, I really appreciate that they're trying to mix it up when it comes to Predator stuff these days. They could've easily gone with "Clear Cloaked Variant #967" with this one and I'm glad it's something we haven't really seen before.

Yeah you can kind of see the cut for the new torso articulation but it isn't clear. But I guess we'll know for sure soon enough.

Also, a special 30th Anniversary wave? Sweet, I need to get at least one Dutch to go alongside the Ultimate Jungle Hunter, pretty sure NECA will deliver.

Yeah, they have said a special edition Dutch re-release is coming. I need one myself.

I have no Dutch so I will definitely be picking up one of the new ones.I have been wanting one though. I am excited too that there should be a selection of good options for the anniversary. Maybe that articulation body above is new Dutch's body.

The unknown articulation breakdown figure tease looks a lot like one of Baal's (or Bill's if you're Ash) demon spawn from AvED season 2 to me.

Any details? Is Dutch just a straight re-release with no new enhancements? I hope so, since I own pretty much all the Dutches previously released and don't want to have to contemplate re-buying them.

Also, NECA noted on Facebook that seven figures will be released for Predator's 30th anniversary...any idea what those seven figures will be, aside from Dutch, the Ultimate Jungle Hunter, and the Jungle Demon? Any rumors that they finally came to terms with Carl "Pain in the Ass" Weathers or anyone else?

And man, I know it'll never, EVER happen, but I SO want a Danny Glover/Mike Harrigan figure from Predator 2.

Doubt it. Not jacked enough. Besides, the original Dutch figures are well-made/well-articulated enough that I can't see NECA starting over from scratch when they got it right the first time. It would make no sense.

Randy has said that every version of Dutch has basically been an ultimate, since there was really nothing to add. I'm guessing the re-release will just include some extra accessories and/ or heads, but nothing that would warrant re-buying it, since I have all of the first releases.

Last time Weathers and the others were brought up on Twitter, Randy said it was still dead in the water, but he IS a master at deception, so…

You're right about that. Once on Twitter Randy told me there there would never be a Commando figure, and then a few weeks later the official pics were released. When I asked him what the deal was, he was all like, "I was just being coy." :)

I really hope that Catwoman is the next figure they shrink down to 7"

Sorry if I missed a discussion or post somewhere, but what's the deal with Carl Weathers? They already made an Apollo Creed figure, didn't they? So Carl Weather's likeness is "buyable".

I dream one day that NECA will make the rest of the team. I don't even care if they don't include Carl Weathers as he really wasn't an official part of the team.

Yeah, I'm afraid you did miss a discussion (which is quite understandable). Joe Moore was talking about how Carl Weathers apparently was ok with approving his likeness use for Apollo Creed, but for some reason has been massively dragging his feet on allowing his likeness to be used for Dillon for a number of reasons (money, not seeing the character as popular as Apollo, etc). If I'm getting any of this wrong I'm sure Joe could shed some light on the situation, but the gist of it is that NECA has approached Weathers numerous times about a Dillon figure and he's been a huge pain in the ass about it each time.

Wasn't Weathers saying "It's possible" as a responses to a tweet where a fan asked him if he would be willing to give his likeness for a Predator line figure? They also tagged NECA and Randy immediately tweeted Weathers asking to contact him while specifically mentioning Predator’s 30th anniversary. That happened around June this year I believe.

Was there an update to this? Because that sounded rather promising.

The only update to this was someone asked Randy recently about it, and he said, "Same old thing". Apparently CW never replied in any earnestness. This has happened a couple other times, too. Things with Carl seem promising and then he goes cold.

I think he has a thing against gun violence these days, which may be one reason why he's not down with it.

Damn, that sucks. But oh well, if NECA makes the rest of the gang that'll be exciting enough by itself, fans have been asking a long time for those guys.

From the sound of it, we definitely won't be getting any other team members, though Shane Black is still involved in the franchise, so I can't believe he wouldn't be all about it. I really wish they could at least get Bill Duke and Jesse Ventura in on it. Maybe a figure of Bill Duke from "Commando" is possible then, too. Fingers crossed.
