The figures are 2-7/8" tall all the arms legs heads and wrists move. There is an oval hole in the top of the heads for hat hair etc. There are no marks on them for any clues. Any help it great thanks...

I finally found the maker is mighty world toys just in case someone else needs to know. Thanks...
