Pretty sure this guy is not from the ToyBiz Marvel Poseable Diecast series. Can anyone identify this toy? I would like to add all of them to my collection.

That's what I was trying to say, this particular figure is NOT part of that set. I own most of the set (as the picture shows). This cyclops belongs to a set that was made for the first X-Men movie.
