Not too bad. The unmasked headsculpt looks ok though, not quite spot on. Love the suit.

Looks great. Visuals are good, if they don't muck up the skin paint, and keep QC under control with those joints, it's a winner. But I'll wait for it to drop first.

Man, Mafex aint messing around! Real nice accessories and a whole lot of poseability!

While the gummy alternate heads still bug me, this looks to be a great release. I just hope they do not sparkle-fy the suit like they did for TASM2.

Out of curiosity, what do you mean by "gummy alternate heads?" I've never owned a Mafex figure.

From one or two I have owned and seen in person, the head sculpts themselves are nice, but softer, so it's hard for features to truly pop like on a figuarts. While I'm not saying figuarts is better by default (sometimes they go too far), they at least make distinct features. While it's not bad, some headsculpts have off coloring, and with the lack of distinct features I think of something like gummy bears, thus "gummy."

This looks like a great head sculpt for MAFEX standards though.

Anyone have any news on pre-orders going live? Been checking the usual spots, nothing yet.

Soft is totally how I'd describe it. Not sharp and not painted. It looked like with the FN-2187 release coming out, they may have moved to a face printing tech like SHF; but I guess we'll see.
