I love godzilla and i love s.h. monster arts. This movie design is awful. It is almost comical how bad toho did this design. I would never buy these attrocities

And what, exactly, is awful about these designs? Especially given the context of the movie.

I love how they gave him different forms for this movie.

Can't speak for him but I think the design is just plain ugly. I hate the small arms and the way his face and tail are designed. The context of the movie doesn't matter to me because I just think the design is ugly. The context of the movie could still stand with a different design. His face reminds me of a critter. Maybe he'll evolve better in a sequel but as he stands..... atrocious designs in my opinion.

Either way, it's subjective rather it's a good or bad design but I'm noticed the majority of Godzilla fans dislike the design. Film was fun though.

I didn't like Shin's design before the movie, but it totally won me over and I'm about to drop $100 on these tiny pair of figures haha.

edit. So is this a reissue? Anime Export already had their preorder a few months ago and is scheduled for release in May.

My favorite Godzilla design, it did take some time to get used to it, but after seeing the movie I love everything about it.
