Interesting. I wonder if this is our first look at a new lightsaber for Rey, or if they're just tacking her name onto an otherwise generic bladebuilder set (can't say I've seen them do that before).

I don't really see why she would need to get a new one unless she follows the "losing hand" tradition.

Does the helmet really need to make sounds? I mean, I'm pretty sure most people would buy it sounds or no sounds.

Given her first experiences with it, I wouldn't blame her for possibly not wanting to continue using the Skywalker saber. Could also be a condition of Luke training her. Though no matter what the story reason would be, I'm sure Disney and Hasbro want to sell more toys, and having Rey weild a new saber on the big screen would help facilitate that.

Though like I said, this could also be Rey's name being plastered onto a random product.

^ That. But considering the shoddy electronics in the trooper helmet, it's probably an unrealistic expectation.

Appearance-wise, from the promo photos at least, this looks like another nice display prop.

I sure hope they plan to offer a nice sculpt of Darth Vader's helmet at some point soon.
