I was able to identify the white figure "Vector Prime"

Still need help with the jet though I can't find one with those exact colors

It's a TRU exclusive recolor of Armada Starscream from the Cybertron line.

If I'm not mistaken, that repaint was officially named Thrust and yes this was Cybertron TRU 2 pack. I used to own it.
