What Toy Line are these Miniature X-Men From?
 

Cyclops and Beast

Cyclops is exactly 2"
Beast is approx 2.25"

Cyclops does have a stamp on his leg I think it is from 06 but it is too small for me to see it clearly.
Beast has no stamping or identifiable markings anywhere
