Please help me ID this monster toy

I have this monster toy and can't figure out what it is. It says "The Idea House" on the foot. It takes batteries, it makes sounds, I can't tell what sounds as my batteries weren't good enough to play the sounds. Any idea what it is? Thanks in advance!
