Not sure who any of these are.

2 of the cars look like feet for a combiner not sure who.

One kind of looks like an old school targetmaster

and the fourth is a car with a 2000 hasbro stamping on it that transforms into mini robot

1,2,3 are "Power Core Combiners"

#4 looks to be the 2003 Transformers Universe Autobot Camshaft, who is Shattered Glass Camshaft.
