I'm in double digits, I made a post with some of my art when I first joined before I knew about the limitations and it has still not showed up. It just never posted. Also, was wondering when or how the limits were lifted? In responding and interacting here without links and pics it kind of limits proper responses. I know you guys have gotten this question a few times before, but I haven't seen a solid answer in any of the posts or didn't know if I needed to message you guys, make a topic, or what.

The limitations should now be lifted. It looks like your original post was sent a moderation queue that was rejected by the system. I'll go in an manually approve that.
