what is this playset...it's a mix and match Mr potato head style hard plastic toy?

I've searched M&M playsets as that seems most obvious but no luck....

Does anyone have even a guess at what this set is?

99% sure just knock off set. Hard to age them or find ones like it.

It's made from solid heavy plastic and seems like it is made really well but without any identifying markings it's been impossible to ID...

I found this stamped on the back of one, and only one, of the figures:

Found them....they are called MaxiMix by Miniland Educational Toys.
