The figure seen in the attached screenshot was found by a coworker in the ceiling of his plaster and lathe home he is working on. It appears to be a latex over a wire frame with holes on the back where I assume you could attach accessories. I see no makers mark anywhere on this guy...any ideas on what it is and the approximate age?
