3rd Party Toyworld TW-03 BII now 5-6 times retail price, is it too expensive?

Hi guys, I've been checking this recent release BII and comparison with the new MP-21 Bumblebee.
I was wondering what are your thoughts about the pricy unofficial release? Why is a tiny little figure that is not even an official masterpiece so expensive? I mean, seriously, it looks good and has some cartoony flavor to the alt mode, but all in all is just a regular toy. Already some official releases are quite expensive. In this case the price goes beyond my understanding.

3rd party toys are generally more expensive because their run size is much smaller than official figures.
