I'm confused. It says the figure has 30 points of "articulations" (well, they are based in South Korea) but also comes with interchangeable, immovable arms and is only pictured standing and seated with said immovable arms. Is all the articulation in the legs?

Most likely articulation points would be legs, hips, torso, neck, shoulders, ankles. Using the immovable arms to offer a seamless look in line with a statue.
