Set is almost perfect. Shredder and the Foot and Krang are as good as I think they can get. The Turtles and their accessories are wonderful as well...but my Raph has HORRIBLY misaligned eyes. Comically bad. Other than that the set is gold.

I LOVE THIS SET!!! Easily my favorite figures of 2017 thus far. As a longtime time fan I sort of dreamed that one day NECA would get the TMNT license back. Luckily they have, and they done so many epic turtles figures already. Can't wait to see more, I want them all!

Also, I'm pretty sure the "Krang Artwork" on Shredder's communicator is an actual picture of the NECA Krang figure :)

Is it not 2017? Haha, just messing with ya, I agree. This might end up being my favorite release of the year, but for sure it's my favorite SDCC exclusive. Great reuse of the turtles from last year (an SDCC standard these days seems to be cool variants/repaints) but getting all new bad guy sculpts and the vinyl carrying case, this is how exclusives should be. Cannot wait for them to do my favorite characters, Casey Jones, Ace Duck, Yusagi, and then all those random characters from the show and figure waves. Seems like each year as an action figure collector gets better. And as always, great pics of the set!!

This set is sic, but i actually liked the last year's set a smidge better. Im prob still gonna buy this on eBay though and spend way more than I should. Every time i think I'm good and I'm gonna take a break from buying stuff for a bit something new catches my eye :p

Yeah that would be awesome if they did the toon figures of those in another box set, especially April, Beebop, Rocksteady and Casey...I almost had second thoughts on it when I received mine cause it said Nickeleon and the artwork of the box didn't match the toon style...glad I decided to keep it. Great pics of them.

Yeah it looks like the box set goes for 300 or so on ebay.

I agree with doing some more toon figures. Casey, April, Splinter, Bebop, Rocksteady, and the Krang Android Body would be amazing! So many characters to choose from though; Rat King, Leatherhead, Usagi, Metal Head, Mondo Gecko, Ray Filet...the list goes on and on :)
Can't with for the VGA Dimension X set too as Slash is one of my favorites.

I always read "what year is it?" in Kyle Reese's voice from Terminator in my head haha. Oh man, now I'm thinking of a nice and shiny Metal Head, boy that would be great. I can't wait to see what else NECA does with this license cuz so far they are absolutely kicking shell!

Awesome set. So happy with them. Although my Shredder sword tip broke when I was being careless. My Raph also has funky eyes. The rest are great though. Gonna use one of the blimps with them. Maybe a little pain't here and there on it to mix styles.

Why are they a different colour of green on the back of their arms and legs?

I've sent a lowball offer to one seller and he decliend. haha the damn exchange rate is so bad, might put in another offer I'll have to see.

In the show they always looked like that. It's a shadow effect. Remember, they were mostly in the sewer or go out at night. Look up a couple episodes online, specifically in the first season. You'll notice it right away.

Anyone have recommendations on how to correct the eye alignment? The paint-job on the eyes definitely leaves something to be desired.
