Are These Real NECA Turtles?
 

Hi Guys,

Bought these on an Ebay auction recently and all 4 came from China but were packed poorly and there was damage to the tubes. No dealing with the Chinese company on trying to get better packed replacements and started wondering if these were really legit NECA comic book turtle figures.

99.999999% certain they are KO's. Several videos on YouTube show how to tell the difference. From the color/pliability of the shells to subtle differences among the 4 turtles.
Also, genuine NECA tmnt are usually safest to buy stateside, to reduce chances of being a ko. Genuine NECA also cost $$$ compared to the $50 or less for a set of 4 ko.

Probably knockoffs
 

Yeah, I agree they are probably fake. But I also have the knockoffs and they are great figures. I read a lot about these before I purchased some. And it seems most people agree they are just as good as the originals. I've even heard they are made in the same factory with the same molds and whatnot. So I would not worry too much about it. And like webz said, you can look online to learn the differences. But from what I understand it is pretty minimal.

Sweet guys thanks. Yep I am new to the whole buying scene but the packaging and all looked so close to what I saw on a website so I ordered them. Now they arrived with damaged tubes and they are only willing to like send me new tubes or like a partial refund. So yea thanks China.
