so first...i don't think anyone should post any spoilers as this series is brand spanking new.

1. i like the pacing of most of these series and this one seems to be the same. I watched the first episode, and have 13 min left in episode two. So far...so good.

2. Misty Knight (Simone Missick) is my girlfriend.

3. Claire Temple (Rosario Dawson) is my sidechick.

*edit* finished episode 2..some mains are finally meeting...GOOD STUFF!!

Can't wait to start watching!!!:D:D:D

Felt it could have been better. Really enjoyed the first half of the show, but not so much the second half, which felt rushed and some strange decisions were made.

I don't know where they will go from here, but at the very least I look forward to more of the individual shows, and hopefully the defenders will pop up together every now and then.

Okay..finished it this morning.
it DEFINITELY could have been a lot better.
But it was okay. Only thing is... I don't want okay..i want KICK ASS.

i felt the majority of the fight scenes were very typical...nothing special. They've moved SO FAR away the they way fight scenes were shot in S1 (the best of all of them) of Daredevil. now it's all extremely fast cut scenes...typical.
The story was decent...I won't complain.
The directing could have been a bit better.
The one liners/comedy wasn't really there.
and DAMN it was short...what is this 8 episode shit. ?!?!

i felt they'd really have something SUPERIOR lined up for the culmination of all the solo shows....didnt' seem to be the case.
I'm still a fan though..and hope there is more to come.

Watched the first three episodes and I'm HOOKED!! There were definitely some issues in the beginning that I agree with you about, but I'm not going to go into detail with that just yet.

Watched episodes 4-6...SO GOOD!!!

Finished it up and I really liked it. Nothing really to complain about Loved the ending won't spoil it. I didn't like how short it was 8 episodes is bs. Gives me hope for iron fist which was the only show I didn't watch going into this (Don't like the actor and Hated the first episode so I gave up) But did love the Badass way Electra handled Two characters didn't see them coming. Can't wait for Luke Cage Jessica Jones and Daredevils new seasons now But my biggest takeaway is Rosario Dawson needs to be in every episode from now on. Man is she Hot.

Just finished the series, as well. Loved it, and can't wait to see the new directions/repercussions each series will take. This has been a fun ride. Going to be really hard to wait for the upcoming series, now!!

In contrast, I feel the smaller episode count worked well for the Defenders. The other Netflix series were notorious in my opinion for spinning their wheels over unnecessary episodes.
