Holy shit @ that blood splatter effect...that's awesome! Do Scorpion and Sub-Zero come with that as well?

They don't. I think that's why Noob is worth grabbing. None of the other solicited figures include it (yet). I actually hope we get more variations of fatality and blood effects.

Killer figures! Love the EXTREME SETS DOJO as well!
I really like this line, and if I could afford them all I would have them. I do wish there were a little more accessories for Noob, because everything is essentially the same, but he looks badass with the skull and all black.

Yeah, the Dojo is a good backdrop for the Ninja's. The sewer one, if using the right panel, makes a passable Goro's Lair style backdrop.

I was going to use the Subway station ala MK3. But the figures just looked out of place. Hehe. I actually got in a few new backdrops as well. But haven't opened them yet.

Augustus_Cole 09-08-2017 07:51 AM

nice shots!

says mine is out for delivery so i should have it today...YAZZZ!
Noob is bad-ass..can't wait to uppercut someones head smooth off their body.

Ninjinister 09-08-2017 11:06 AM

Kunai rope makes sense since he had it in 2 and TE... not sure why they gave him the skull though. If anything, he should have had freeze effects since he's Subby the first.

I hope if and when they do Reptile there's an alternate version that gives him Scorpion and Sub-Zero props to replicate his moveset from MK1.

I really like the look of these and would totally buy them if I still collected in multiple scales.

We've already seen Reptile & his accessories. both regular and bloody versions:

Does anyone actually care for the bloodied versions? Like in some ways it makes sense but also the character didn't actually bleed onto their costumes in like any of the games right, even recent ones?

Joe Moore 09-08-2017 11:48 AM

In MK9, you could tear the flesh and the damage and blood would show on the models.

Ah okay, I haven't seen a lot about these figures, and also would have assumed Reptile would be out before Noob.

Awesome! The sewer is a great idea for Goro, if he ever releases. I've been thinking about getting either the rooftop or the sewer set for the Turtles.

I would like them more if these were lower priced figures. For $60 plus, a bloody variant isn't something I need.

The sewer set is great as is the Subway for the Turtles figures. The rooftop isn't bad either, but it's really large.

These are a little under 7" tall. 1/12 scale is normally 6" tho.

Joe Moore 09-11-2017 03:53 AM

@Don...that one in particular is pricey. The others aren't so bad.

Yeah, the other ninjas are about $50 each at most spots.
