Well the game isn't out yet, so of course we don't know why things are the way they are. Game doesn't get released until March.

It's been in early access on Steam since July, and plenty of people have played it.

They've only played the online multiplayer portion of the game. They haven't actually played the single player story mode. THAT won't be out until March.

Also, a Steam beta does not qualify as a game being released.

Anyone that pays $50 to play a beta that doesn't even come with a single player campaign on a computer is a mindless moron. Not to mention they didn't even get a physical copy, so they are at the mercy of Steam to not shut the game down. They have nothing to show for their money.
